OpenNow Pro

Features

Badia's OpenNow Pro is the perfect link between QuarkXPress and image applications. Open any picture placed in a picture box with a user-defined application and at the same time get detailed and comprehensive picture information. Double-click any picture to see all image settings, from color model to effective resolution, to its full path, and select up to 30 favorite programs to open the picture.

Users are no longer limited to opening the picture with the application that the OS X finder assigns by default, select any application, and OpenNow Pro will add it to a list of 30 recent applications so that switching back and forth between favorite image editors is a snap. For even more control, lock any given application to open all subsequent pictures with only this application. For quick and easy access image settings, the OpenNow Pro window puts all the information at your fingertips.

Presented in an easy-to-read format, OpenNow Pro provides these picture attributes: name and icon, full path, file size, dimensions, format (EPS, TIFF, and so on), color model (RGB, CMYK, and so on), absolute and effective resolutions, date modified, status (OK, Missing, and so on), preview resolution, and default editing application.

In addition, OpenNow Pro comes with several useful tools for managing pictures: reveal the picture or any of its enclosing folders in the finder, bring the picture up to date after it has been modified, change the preview resolution from high to low or vice versa, and open the picture usage window to search for missing pictures.
